My Background and Approach
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who “gets” what they are going through because therapy should be a place where you feel safe and validated. Sessions with me are a combination of talking and exercises-whatever makes sense for you. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
