About My Clients
The people I work with often feel like their minds do not stop. Intrusive thoughts can show up suddenly and not leave, followed by loops of “what if” thinking they cannot shut off. They may feel driven to check, seek reassurance, or wait until things feel just right before moving on. From the outside they may seem fine, but OCD, anxiety, or Body Dysmorphic Disorder can make daily life feel like a constant internal negotiation. Many have tried to manage it on their own. It has not been enough.
My Background and Approach
My work is active, structured, and results focused. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we directly target the patterns that maintain anxiety rather than just talking about symptoms. Treatment includes real life exposure work designed to help you move forward. I work with clients seeking a more targeted and effective approach beyond temporary relief. Therapy is collaborative, individualized, and focused on meaningful, lasting change. I offer in person sessions in Nassau County and telehealth across New York, along with a free 15 minute consultation.
