I have a specialization in Play Therapy for kids and adolescents. I also work with young adult's who are hoping to learn more about themselves, work through life transitions, dating, and identity work.. I offer talk therapy, the use of experiential or sand tray, EMDR basic trained.
My Background and Approach
The relationship between clients and their therapist is one of the strongest predictors of therapy outcome. So, let me start by introducing myself. Before becoming a therapist, I explored a career in musical theater and have a passion in finding creative ways through life. I taught kids Zumba and found a love for helping children and families rediscover joy. Through my own therapy journey, I was able to find ways to manage my anxiety.
