About My Clients
For those seeking emotional regulation, deeper self-understanding, and relief from anxiety/trauma, Jessica's work capitalizes on discovering flow states, using tactical empathy, and clarifying boundaries for better health. Whether you're carrying grief, relational wounds, or overwhelm, she offers a compassionate space to reconnect: slow down, listen inward, and find relief.
My Background and Approach
Healing means creating space to reconnect with who you already are. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and the effects of early attachment wounds. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down, explore what is happening. My approach blends trauma-informed modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness. This allows us to work with both the nervous system and the inner emotional landscape — helping you build more internal safety, clarity, and connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My training in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology is a guiding principle for how I work with clients. What is occurring in the present moment provides the most information for where we are, so we can then begin to formulate where we want to go. It supports what is ready to be released, and what is calling to emerge. Regardless of what is happening, we can always simply, "begin again."
