I've strived to become a trauma informed therapist over the past decade. This includes completing trainings such as ARC and ARC GROW in order to better support the children, parents and families I've worked with who have experienced trauma. Within this type of therapy, we explore connections between experiences of your past and how it is continuing to impact your life today.

Within this type of therapy, we explore the connections between the mind, body and spirit. Upon being able to identify these connections we are able to work towards healing your whole being. Techniques that are included within this therapy are guided mediation, somatic awareness, image making and so much more.

It can be very challenging to experience conflict between those you love the most or feel like you can't help your child with what they are struggling with. Within family therapy, we explore barriers to communication and ways to strengthen your connection with one another. Being able to learn how to listen and communicate with one another can be invaluable.

The clients that seek my support are ones that want to make changes to their lives through their own self reflection and shifts in perspective. Positive change and growth begins internally and I'm here to support my clients in reaching their goals and taking charge of their lives.

One of the hardest jobs is being a parent. There is so much that can be taken on within that role and you can be tested in ways that you did not prepare. There was no handbook made for how to raise a child, particularly your child/children. Within our work together, you're provided psychoeducation (what's typical and what's not) as well as learning how to parent YOUR child/children as each one is different and unique.
