About My Clients
My clients are brave because they're seeking support when they need or simply want it. They are motivated or curious about what it takes to do the real work of looking inward, exploring their motivations, and learning to live with what is, or making changes in life to land in a place of more peace. My clients are compassionately supported as they self reflect and try real techniques to help them cope with real life.
My Background and Approach
I pull from a variety of modalities including CBT, solution-focused, family systems, structural and strategic therapy. I approach each client with the utmost respect and empathy, and genuinely look forward to working with each individual, family, or couple to help them identify their own unique goals. Meanwhile, I am equipped with practical exercises and tools to help you cope with anxiety, depression, or to support you in more intentional communication in your relationships. I hold a clinical license in social work, and have attended trainings on managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, improving communication in couples, and managing complex family dynamics. You'll gain skills and insight to carry with you into your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Rumi said, “what hurts you, blesses you.” What would it look like to turn your wounds into your greatest teachers? I believe we all have an infinite capacity to grow, to love, and to live peacefully with what is. Sometimes, we need support to find the path to our best selves. Whether it’s working on communication issues, navigating conflicts, relationships, or major life changes, I’m here to support and guide you through the process. We all want joy, peace, and meaning in our lives. Using the strengths you already have, and tools you may not yet have, I can help you get back to thriving.
