My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana with a passion to help women feel more easeful, balanced, and authentic within their lives. I help women find their voice again. That inner childlike spark that helps them express their thoughts and emotions with more confidence, clarity, and boldness. The kind of energy that allows you to build more authentic and fulfilling relationships. I help women move from a place of anxiety and overwhelm to feeling peace and steadiness within themselves again. Feel less confused about themselves and where they stand in their relationships. Better understand who they are and gain clarity about what they truly want out of this life. Many women I’ve worked with have a history of childhood trauma, including emotional neglect and early attachment wounds. I’ve helped many women gain freedom from past trauma and connect with a newfound sense of purpose and identity again - to live a life more aligned with their values & dreams
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I approach therapy from a holistic perspective. We are incredibly complex creatures! Every layer is deeply interconnected with the other.
