My ideal clients are self-aware individuals who may appear high functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected. Many are navigating relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, or the pressure of constantly holding it all together. They are looking for a therapist who is warm, direct, collaborative, and genuine, and who can help them build insight, process emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I bring a direct and engaged style to therapy that is collaborative and focused on helping you move through change. I am supportive and empathetic, but not passive. Change is uncomfortable, and part of our work together is learning to sit with that discomfort so we can break the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
