About My Clients
You may be coming to therapy seeking support, clarity, or a deeper understanding of yourself. I work with clients who feel weighed down by past experiences, struggle with anxiety or low mood, or notice patterns in relationships that feel difficult to change. I also support those exploring their relationship with substances or finding their footing in early recovery. If you identify as LGBTQ+, I strive to provide affirming, respectful care where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in compassion, with a focus on meeting you where you are rather than where you feel you “should” be. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, genuine, and supportive, one where you can show up as yourself and move at a pace that feels right for you. In our work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing. These tools allow us to build insight and awareness, develop practical coping skills, process trauma when appropriate, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is trauma-informed and affirming, honoring your unique identity, lived experiences, and strengths. Throughout our work together, you can expect curiosity, respect, and collaboration every step of the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is helping clients ignite meaningful, lasting shifts toward emotional resilience, deeper connection, and overall mental wellness. Therapy is not just about addressing problems, it’s about building a life that feels more aligned, more empowered, and more whole. Therapy is a journey that can lead us to greater enlightenment. Through my own personal struggles, I strive to provide my clients the space to be able to grow, reflect and work towards true meaningful change and resiliency.
