About My Clients
I have experience working with people of all ages with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, behavioral issues, parenting and more. I embrace people and families of all types. I am committed to LGBTQIA & neurodiverse affirming practices. I work with children, teens, parents and families. I do couples work related to parenting support, co-parenting from separate households and family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
My background working with children began when I was a teen myself. I have been a camp counselor, a nanny, a Montessori teacher, a parent educator, a foster parent, a parent and eventually a Child and Family Therapist at Ryther here in Seattle. I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered, collaborative, inclusive approach to therapy and intervention. I am committed to empowering, affirming, and promoting acceptance of underrepresented youth across varying ethnic, religious/spiritual, sexual, gender, and cultural identities. I have significant experience working with LGBTQ+ teens and their parents. I believe strongly in the power of play therapy with children.

I feel that a collaborative approach will yield the best results for a longterm impact on improving mental health for you & your family. As I grow my own private practice I also will continue to work in community mental health in order to serve clients from all background regardless of socio-economic status.
