I have worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I especially connect with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
My Background and Approach
Everyone is different and each approach is tailored to the client. My main approaches include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and grief counseling. I am a certified Death Doula and have previous experience working in palliative care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a member of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. I am committed to decreasing stigma around issues such as death and dying, gender and sexuality, and neurodivergency.
