About My Clients

You’ve spent so long holding it all together—shrinking parts of yourself, managing expectations, and wondering if there’s space to just be you. Belonging can feel impossible when you’ve been told you’re too much, not enough, or don’t fit. Maybe you’re grieving something invisible, wrestling with identity, or carrying heavy experiences. You’re not alone—and you’re not looking for quick fixes. You’re looking for wholeness. If that’s where you are, you’re in the right place.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed therapist with years of experience supporting individuals navigating identity, trauma, grief, and belonging. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in multicultural awareness—meaning I honor the cultural, spiritual, and systemic forces that have shaped your life, while helping you explore what’s been protective, painful, or no longer serves you. I specialize in working with those who’ve felt like outsiders, carried invisible grief, or had to shrink parts of themselves to survive. Whether you’re wrestling with self-worth, spiritual questions, or the impact of past wounds, therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain the basics. You can come as you are—messy, uncertain, layered—and we’ll work together to understand your story with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help you reconnect with your full self and move toward the healing and wholeness you deserve.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in relationship—in spaces where we feel seen, safe, and free to be our full selves. As a Latin woman and an immigrant, I understand how identity, culture, and belonging shape our stories in deep and complex ways. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for those who’ve been marginalized, silenced, or told they were too much. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, body-liberation aligned, and committed to decolonizing mental health practices. I support movements for racial justice, gender equity, and mental health accessibility. I believe that honoring your lived experience, culture, and resilience is essential to healing. Outside the therapy room, I’m drawn to creative arts, community care, and holding space for hard, beautiful conversations. I bring this same curiosity and care into the work I do with clients—offering a space that honors both your pain and your power.
