About My Clients
I work with teens, college students, and young adults navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, trauma, and family conflict. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their direction. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I integrate psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, polyvagal, existential, and narrative approaches to help you understand patterns, explore how past experiences shape your present, and make meaningful, practical changes. I value both insight and action, supporting reflection while helping you build tools for daily life. I have a background working with children, teens, and families in school-based and community mental health settings, supporting clients through trauma, family conflict, and major stressors. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in creating a space that feels supportive, thoughtful, and real.
