About My Clients
You might be navigating addiction, trauma, grief, or the emotional weight of military service & high stress environments. You may feel stuck in patterns of shame, guilt or disconnection from yourself or others. At your core, seeking a sense of safety, comfort, and connection — to feel more at home in your body, in your relationships, and in your life. In our work together, I offer a space that is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion.
My Background and Approach
I have lived and worked nationally and internationally which has been a privilege to learn, and practice more of an open and expansive mindset in my therapeutic and world lens. I have extensive experience in addiction having previously worked as the Clinical Director of an outpatient facility and understanding the delicacy of recovery work. I utilize a trauma-informed, relational, and holistic approach to therapy, blending talk therapy with mindfulness, and attachment theory. In addition to my therapeutic work, I’m also a jewelry artist. I believe in the power of balance through creativity, and I encourage clients to explore outlets that feel expressive, grounding, and meaningful to them. If you’re seeking to break old cycles, and seeking a space to reconnect with yourself - reach out to me to get started!
