About My Clients
My clients are high-functioning women who look fine on the outside but feel quietly off on the inside. They're navigating major transitions — empty nesting, workforce re-entry, perimenopause, relationship shifts — and they can't quite name what's wrong. They're not in crisis. They're disconnected. They're tired of managing everything and ready to actually feel like themselves again.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern practicing under clinical supervision in Florida. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a master's in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University. My approach blends IFS, attachment-based work, CBT, and ACT — tailored to the person in front of me, not a protocol. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and grounded. We slow things down, understand what's actually driving the stuck feeling, and help you move from just managing to actually living. For clients who want it, faith can be thoughtfully woven into our work in a way that feels natural and true to who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My Christian faith is foundational to who I am, though I work with clients of all backgrounds and beliefs. I never impose — but for those who want faith integrated into their work, I welcome it naturally and thoughtfully.
