About My Clients

Navigating oppressive systems is exhausting. Especially while trying to stay ‘put together’ and in one piece. What’s even more challenging is when… You’re flooded with overwhelming self-judgment. You have poor boundaries. You’re consistently trying to please others. All these patterns of thinking can leave you stuck in self-sabotage, defeated, and with limited resources to put towards desired change. I hold a space where you can show up as yourself and truly get to know who you are.

My Background and Approach

I draw from a variety of modalities: IFS Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment based theories, Psychodynamic, Trauma-Informed, Somatic Based Practices, EMDR trained

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy is a process. Through it one of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that while we may not end up ‘fixed’, we can learn to live healthily with the effects of our trauma, by acknowledging the trauma’s impact and actively rebuilding a sense of safety, trust, and purpose. I do not claim nor pretend that I have all the solutions or answers, but what I do know is the deep power of witnessing my clients’ experiences and co-creating the feeling of ‘safe-enoughness’ we all need to be able to process and express our deepest discomforts, harms and traumas.
