About My Clients

I work with LGBTQIA+ adults & cishet (cisgender heterosexual) folks who know how to act — humans juggling glitter, rage, & the emotional shrapnel of attachment wounds and complex & systemic trauma. My people feel deeply, overthink loudly, & are tired of carrying everyone else’s bullshit. You want therapy that’s warm, real, irreverent, & a little (mostly) unfiltered, with a little (lot of) cussing thrown in. If you’re screaming “fuck this noise, let’s heal,” you’re exactly where you belong.✨💥

My Background and Approach

I’m a queer, millennial therapist with a soft spot for humans who’ve been through some shit & are still trying. I focus on gender-affirming care, trauma, attachment wounds, & the systemic bullshit that messes with your sense of self-worth. I also help deeply feeling, chronically self-aware babes put down emotional weight they were never meant to carry. My vibe is warm, open, irreverent, & real as hell — no robot therapy voice, no cold clinical maze for you to navigate. I use trauma-informed practices, parts work, feminist, & liberation-focused approaches so we can name what hurt you, understand how it shaped you, & take your power back. And honestly? If it doesn’t feel like you’re talking to a friend who actually gives a shit, I’m doing it wrong. I’m also a Swiftie therapist, which means yes — sometimes the right Taylor lyric really IS the intervention. I bring compassion, clarity, & sparkle-soaked rebellion to the work so you don’t have to heal alone.✨💥

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens when we make room for radical authenticity, brave connection, & the kind of liberation that lets you take up your full damn space. I’ve carried my own attachment trauma, survived discrimination as a queer human, & learned how fiercely dignity must be protected. That’s why I build relationships rooted in honesty, compassion, & just enough chaotic magic to help you rewrite the story you were handed. I’m proudly nonbinary, married to Emily (my favorite person & soft place to land), & unapologetically loud in my support of LGBTQ+ lives. I show up for trans rights, support LGBTQ nonprofits, & stay vocal when systems cause harm. Outside work, I’m a HUGE Swiftie who followed Taylor across North America for the Eras Tour (saw it 4 times!), a golden retriever + three-cat parent, a psychological thriller book lover, & a football-yeller who contains multitudes. If you want a therapist who cusses, cares, & stays real — it’s me, hi! Reach out & let’s get started.✨💥
