About My Clients
You’ve followed the script—how relationships should look, what success means, how you're supposed to behave. But it doesn't fit. Whether you're realizing monogamy isn't for you, the faith you inherited no longer serves you, or the "shoulds" are holding you back, you are ready to rebuild. I work with individuals, partners, and multi-partner relationships ready to question the rules and live authentically.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is a collaborative space for curiosity and reconstruction. My approach integrates three core modalities to help you reclaim your narrative: Narrative Therapy: To help you externalize old expectations and rewrite your own story. Creative Arts Therapy: Utilizing tools like visual mapping to explore complex dynamics. Somatic Awareness: To help you safely reconnect with your body’s internal wisdom. I view this work through an existential lens—exploring what it means to live truly as yourself when society demands otherwise. I also operate from a systems perspective; as you strengthen your relationship with yourself and your partners, that healing naturally ripples out to your broader community.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy must be an affirming, non-judgmental space capable of holding your lived complexity. My own intentional journey away from religion, traditional relationship structures, and rigid societal expectations deeply informs my practice and empathy as a clinician. Because of this, I am deeply passionate about providing specialized, affirming care for: Alternative Relationships: Polyamory, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and multi-partner dynamics. Religious Deconstruction: Processing religious trauma and the impacts of purity culture. Sex-Positive Care: Kink-aware, sex-positive therapy, and navigating attachment trauma.
