My clients are often individuals who haven’t had a lot of success with traditional therapy. My approach involves utilizing the body’s wisdom to release and heal past traumas that can cause a lot of pain in the present. I have a down to earth and authentic style that creates safety and comfort in the therapy space. We are all perfectly imperfect just doing our best. It’s my honor to help folks through this often difficult but also joyful human experience.
