I specialize in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy to help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, sexual distress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and bipolar disorder.
