About My Clients
My clients are often navigating intense emotional experiences—grief, anxiety, depression, or the impact of major life transitions like divorce, career shifts, or the end of important relationships. Many carry unresolved pain from trauma, abandonment, or difficult family dynamics and are seeking more than just surface-level coping—they want clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I take a person-centered, evidence-based therapy to teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and life stressors. My approach is warm and collaborative. I help clients build coping skills, increase emotional insight, and explore patterns to support healing, growth, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from the belief that we all have the capacity to change and grow. I believe that learning about ourselves is a life long journey. I believe therapy is a space for meaningful growth—not just symptom relief. I work best with clients who are open to exploring their emotions deeply, making sense of their pain, and understanding how past experiences shape current patterns. I value emotional honesty, self-awareness, and the courage it takes to be vulnerable.
