Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Our therapists have received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and restructure dysfunctional cognitions, modify maladaptive beliefs, break lifelong patterns of destructive behavior, face their fears, eliminate nightmares, manage anger, address insomnia as well as help them develop healthier tools and alternative coping skills.
Play Therapy
Trained play therapists with additional training in Ecosystemic play therapy, Expressive Arts with Children and Adolescents and counseling children and adolescents! Our therapists have worked with children diagnosed with ODD, ADHD, Autism, Conduct Disorder, Depression and Anxiety.
Couples Counseling
We are certified as PREPARE/ENRICH facilitators which means we can administer this assessment to measure and help improve your relationship’s strengths and growth areas. In addition our practice utilizes the Gottman Relationship Checkup for couples struggling with serious relationship issues. Our therapists have also received continuing education in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) - the only model of couple therapy that has been tested and shown to create lasting change in over 20 studies!
