About My Clients
Are you feeling dissatisfied with the way life is going? You've worked hard to get where you are and feel like you've done everything you were "supposed" to do, but you still feel like something is missing. On the outside it looks like you have a great life, but inside you feel empty and confused because checking accomplishments off the list hasn't brought you the fulfillment you thought it might. You notice you're overthinking everything and struggle to set boundaries.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach to best fit each client and their specific needs. I may assign homework to do between sessions to help you to stay on track and continue moving toward goals. Our work together will focus on how we can make positive change now, rather than spending a lot of time talking about the past. Our goal together will be to help you get to a place where you feel confident about navigating daily life in a way that feels authentic and beneficial to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe change comes from taking one step at a time. I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for people despite what they may identify as or bring into therapy with them. All positive movement comes from making the decision to begin trying.
