About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful adults who sense something in their life is shifting — sometimes quietly, sometimes abruptly. They may be navigating grief, relationship changes, or questions about who they are becoming. They are not looking to be fixed, but to understand themselves more honestly and live with greater clarity and steadiness.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over thirty years of experience working with adults. Over time my work has evolved from a focus on fixing problems to helping people listen more carefully to what is unfolding within them. I offer integrative, relational therapy that attends to both practical life challenges and the deeper currents shaping how people experience themselves and their relationships. Some clients come with anxiety, grief, or relational pain. Others arrive with a quieter sense that something is shifting and they want support in finding their footing. Our work is collaborative, steady, and paced to what feels sustainable, allowing insight to become something you can live rather than simply understand. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I also offer ketamine-assisted work for clients who feel drawn to a more experiential approach. This option is thoughtfully integrated and always grounded in careful preparation, presence, and ongoing integration.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely met rather than managed or fixed. My work is grounded in respect for each person’s inner life and in the understanding that growth is rarely linear or predictable. I’m interested in the quiet moments when clarity begins to form — the subtle shifts in how someone relates to themselves that gradually reshape the way they live. I value creativity, reflective practice, and time in nature, and I see these as more than personal interests; they are ways of staying connected to what feels alive and authentic. These values continue to shape how I listen, how I show up, and how I hold space for others in their own unfolding.
