I'm here to assure you that you don't have to face what you're facing alone. Guess what? Therapy is a completely normal and healthy thing to seek out. Millions of people do it every day. If you had an accident and physical surgery was required, you wouldn't think twice about it. Of course! Therapy is mental surgery. Many times, we try to put a bandaid on top of things that require some extra work. I would be thrilled to assist and walk beside you as you put in this extra work.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a Christian, and my faith and love for others drives my hope for positive change. I truly believe that most people feel stuck in some way and just need some wind in their sail. I believe therapy can provide that wind for a sail that you already possess. Maybe you’re thinking, “Jeremy, I’m not a Christian and don’t want to feel judged by my therapist for not being a Christian.” I get where you’re coming from, and I want to tell you that I want to work with you and will not force Christianity onto you. It is simply the thing at my core that keeps me centered and gives me hope and guidance.
