About My Clients
Maybe your romantic relationship or family dynamic is feeling shaky. Maybe your teenage years are off to a rough start. Maybe you're feeling stressed, anxious, sad, or angry, and you're not sure why. Whatever challenges you're facing, I'm here to listen, connect, and work with you to find your personal path to greater well-being.
My Background and Approach
My approach is systemic, eclectic, and relational. I graduated with my master's in social work from the University of Denver, and I'm now finishing a two-year certificate program from Denver Family Institute. Thanks to these studies, I've learned essential skills from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Gottman Method, narrative therapy, and beyond. I work with every client to create a tailored combination of conversations and interventions, designed around your personal strengths, to help you meet your wellness goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the power to make the world a little better—in whatever way most aligns with our personal strengths and goals. For me, that means providing therapy services for individuals of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, supporting social justice in my community, and donating to organizations fighting climate change. I'd love to hear about what that means for you, and how your values fit into the broader picture of your identity and sense of purpose.
