My Background and Approach
I use mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to heal trauma and start living the life you truly want. You might need help figuring out what you’re truly feeling about a situation or decision. But I’m also willing to offer specific, actionable advice, like healthy communication skills.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Many years ago, a painful breakup led me to go to therapy. I learned how to soothe my anxiety and be more authentic with others. I learned so much from therapy that I eventually decided to become a therapist myself. I will bring all of my experience to helping you achieve your goals—from touring the country as a musician to working for Fortune 500 tech companies, advocating for working people on Capitol Hill, and teaching mindfulness meditation.
