About My Clients
On your journey toward healing you are in the driver's seat. I will be your co-pilot and point out issues you may want to stop for, avoid, or fix. You get to make the decisions and I will support you along the way.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to our human capacity. I think the main reason that we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we pick up/develop along the course of our lives. These behaviors and/or beliefs can be changed and reframed to something more positive and beneficial for you to grow and heal.
