Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings or a sudden and intense feelings of panic are symptoms of anxiety. They can be debilitating if coping mechanisms are not put in place to help control them. I will provide the tools and skills to clients so they can put those coping mechanisms in place.
