At Mind Above, I utilize my diverse background in the arena of mental health to include working with PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Military, Veterans, Mood, Distress, Impostor Syndrome, Adjustment, & more. Each client receives tailored care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an advocate and ally for LGBTQ, veterans, military families, and am sex positive. Therapy is a catalyst for positive change and should support healing. Sometimes that healing can mean facing things that we've avoided or even feared. Patience for your own self and embracing awareness allows for meaningful growth in relationships and within ourselves. I am a Star Wars fan, BBQ enthusiast, & usually wear Vans or cowboy boots. I am a proponent of equity, understanding, & seek out realistic solutions.
