My Background and Approach
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused care. ACT supports values-based living; CBT offers practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors; and trauma-focused work helps process the past to create space for growth. I specialize in couples counseling and value the foundational role relationships play in overall well-being. Whether we’re working individually or as a couple, I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where we can explore your values, strengthen communication, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
