About My Clients
In-Person & Teletherapy Outpatient services are available for children, adolescents, and adults. Together, we can achieve this growth by working through the current situations pertaining to your mental health. As a therapist, my role includes being a listening ear, providing a judgement-free atmosphere, and delivering positive solutions and suggestions that be helpful. I have obtained experience in assisting individuals with overcoming anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
My Background and Approach
As a Mental Health Service Provider, I have a variety of experiences to include: Outpatient Therapy for children & adults, Substance Abuse Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
