About My Clients
I work to empower women. My hope to is to build confidence in your ability to be the best human you can during these times. I can help you navigate difficult relationships, set strong boundaries, and pay close attention to your intuition. I have specific training in the maternal mental health field and also provide support to women in the childbearing stages of life. Whether you are hoping to start a family, experiencing difficulties in getting pregnant, navigating new motherhood and beyond.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in the field since 2010 in several different settings. Mental health support is a passion of mine, and I strongly believe EVERYONE can benefit from the experience in the therapeutic space. I have completed advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. I have also completed training in EMDR and utilize when appropriate to help you through any traumas, or adverse experiences that are impacting your ability to be your best self. It is intimidating to reach out for help! I am here for you, I understand that it may take a few tries to find a therapist you connect with. I do my very best to create a genuine and authentic connection to you, for optimal personal growth. You deserve to have someone in your corner who will provide a safe space to work through your thoughts and feelings.

I am a work in progress. I have a passion and drive to empower others. I am a lifelong learner, and I will strive to be inclusive and welcoming of all genders, races, countries of origin, sexual orientations, religions, and abilities. In my therapy practice I will, to the best of my ability, create a safe place for anyone that seeks my services.
