About My Clients

I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My ideal clients are sensitive, insightful, and seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Many come feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, ready to heal old wounds and reclaim their voice. I offer a grounding, affirming space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and wholeness.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic approaches that support healing at the nervous system level. My clinical journey began in community mental health, where I worked with diverse populations impacted by trauma, grief, and systemic oppression. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a relational, body-centered practice rooted in social justice, mindfulness, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I work primarily with adults and couples facing anxiety, relationship struggles, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is not only possible—it is your birthright. Whether you're seeking to process past wounds, reconnect with your truth, or build more fulfilling relationships, I offer a safe space for transformation, curiosity, and authentic connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is both personal and political—deeply rooted in relationships, community, and reclaiming our full humanity. I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist committed to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care that centers the voices and experiences of those often pushed to the margins. My work is shaped by values of social justice, body liberation, and radical compassion. I support movements like Black Lives Matter, LGBTQIA+ rights, reproductive justice, and mental health access for all. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me in nature, immersed in art and music, or engaging with mutual aid and grassroots community care. I aim to co-create spaces where clients feel seen in all their identities and experiences—especially those who have felt unseen, silenced, or misunderstood. I believe in your capacity to heal, grow, and live in alignment with your truth—and I’m honored to walk alongside you on that path.
