About My Clients
You seem like you have it all together—but inside, there’s anxiety, overthinking, burnout, or a sense of disconnection. Maybe you're constantly second-guessing yourself, people-pleasing, or unsure how to express what you feel, especially in relationships. Therapy is a space to slow down, get honest with yourself, and start showing up in your life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
My Background and Approach
I see my clients as the experts on themselves and myself as a collaborator along the way. My primary approach with clients is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. If you work with me, we will spend a lot of time figuring out what is of-importance to you (not what someone else says should be important). As those things become clear, we will figure out which tools work best for you to get to where you want to go. I'll teach you techniques for being more present and creating mental distance from the unhelpful thoughts that seem to trigger fear and anxiety.
