I believe the wounds that shape us most aren't always the dramatic ones. Sometimes it's growing up feeling like you were too much – or never quite enough. Learning that love had to be earned, not simply given or received. Then abandoning yourself to keep others close – or pushing people away before they could leave first. These things leave a mark. They show up in your relationships, your self-worth, and the way you move through the world.
My Background and Approach
I'm an EMDR-trained therapist specializing in complex PTSD and relational trauma – the kind that rewires how we love and how we see ourselves. I help young adults and couples heal from attachment wounds, abandonment issues, sexual trauma, infidelity, and anxious-avoidant relationship cycles. I work from a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens, also drawing on IFS and DBT. Currently accepting new telehealth clients (California residents only).
