About My Clients
As a psychotherapist with 13+ years of experience using integrative and strength-based psychology to help adults, I address a wide variety of issues and challenges, including: relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, substance abuse, grief, and spiritual trials. When we sit together, I will empower you to achieve personal growth. I believe that it is my role to walk with you and support you in this journey.
My Background and Approach
In addition to my expertise in psychology and traditional talk therapy, I use several specialized techniques including but not limited to: trauma-informed CBT, motivational interviewing techniques, the seeking safety curriculum, christian-based therapy (for those who are looking for spiritual-based therapy), and human trafficking training.
