About My Clients
Many of the people I work with come to therapy because they're tired of understanding their patterns without feeling like anything changes. They may notice anxiety or depression, relationship patterns that keep repeating, self-blame, codependency, emotional detachment, or a nervous system that never seems to fully rest. They long to feel more secure, more connected to themselves and in their relationships, and less influenced by the patterns they've been trying to understand.
My Background and Approach
Rather than staying at the level of insight or symptoms alone, I use an experiential, neurobiological-informed approach to work with trauma and stored patterns intentionally and thoughtfully. Together, we work with your unique ways of relating to the world, creating opportunities to experience yourself differently and integrate lasting change you can feel. I have six years of prior experience seeing clients as a relationship and personal development coach. Trained in Gottman Therapy, IFS, Somatic therapy and EFT Couples Therapy, which was taught by James Furrow, one of the primary developers of EFT.
More About the People I Treat
I work with couples to understand and shift the patterns that have created disconnection over time, creating new opportunities for reignited attraction and deeper connection. I use EFT therapy through an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and have experience with first responder couples and relationships affected by stress, and major life transitions.
