About My Clients
You’ve spent years pushing your needs aside, keeping it together for everyone else. But now, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or disordered eating are taking a toll and you're tired of just surviving. I work with adults navigating trauma, people-pleasing, identity struggles, and relationship pain. My clients often describe feeling deeply seen and supported as we explore the roots of their patterns and build something new.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in EMDR and trauma-informed care. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, emotional reactivity, and relationship challenges often rooted in unresolved trauma or painful early experiences. My approach blends EMDR with emotionally attuned, insight-oriented therapy to help you process what’s been holding you back and build new ways of engaging with yourself and the world. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, creating a space where you don’t have to perform, protect, or explain yourself. I believe healing happens through safe connection and honest exploration, and I’ll meet you where you are with support, not judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy should be a space where your identities, boundaries, and lived experiences are respected and honored. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, fat-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed. I strive to de-pathologize your natural responses to a world that hasn’t always supported you. I'm passionate about making therapy accessible, dismantling shame, and helping people unlearn harmful conditioning. Outside of therapy, I’m into good food, video games, and fostering emotional honesty in both personal and professional spaces.
