My Background and Approach
I offer art therapy, providing both creative ideas and hands-on sessions, and I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage intrusive thoughts, process emotions, and shift unwanted behaviors. I provide Trauma Healing therapy that can address symptoms of PTSD. Together, we'll set achievable goals and create a plan to help you reach them
