About My Clients
Whether clients are seeking support for anxiety, depression, past trauma, or general life-transitional struggles, I am dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to support and guide their growth within the different chapters of their lives.
My Background and Approach
As a mental health provider, I value people's courage and openness to pursue mental health care. I use a holistic approach when working with clients, and prioritize clients’ perspectives of and relationships with their past to understand who they are and how they act in the present. At the core, I view people as social beings (an Adlerian perspective), and I believe people create their identities through their roles within their cultural backgrounds and their communities of families, work, school, and other collective environments. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide clients in identifying and witnessing the different “parts” of their systems to better understand why they do the things they do. IFS is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing, experiential therapy model I work with clients in one-on-one settings to provide an inclusive, non-judgemental, collaborative, and safe space to explore life goals, struggles, joys, and desires. I currently provide telehealth sessions.
