My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University, with an emphasis in mental health and substance use. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio and an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) in the State of California. I am certified in the Nurtured Heart Approach and am in training for a certification in Somatic Attachment Therapy from The Embody Lab. I look forward to creating and sharing a space with you that is tailored to fit your individual interests and needs. I want our time together to be revelatory, yes, but equally as important to me is that you feel valued, respected, and prioritized. Every mental health journey is patently different, and I look forward to tailoring yours with you so you can reach every milestone both as a team and as an individual. Few things inspire us to the extent that freeing our minds, bodies, and spirits to their fullest extent do, and I would love nothing more than to be by your side every step of the way.

I deeply value the dedication individuals show in pursuance of their goals, and am nothing short of ecstatic to reveal to you just how capable you are of reaching yours. Through the incorporation and implementation of holistic mind, body, and spiritual therapeutic modalities, I believe every person possesses the ability to find within themselves the solutions to achieving their preferred state of mental wellness.
