I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist with a background in working with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore challenges and build practical skills for lasting change. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and work at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.
