About My Clients
My goal as your therapist is to help you reach a place in your life where you feel fulfilled and confident in who you are as an individual. Whether that means working through a mental health concern like ADHD, self-confidence, body image, depression or anxiety, or simply having someone listen to you without judgment, it is a privilege for me to hold space for you.
My Background and Approach
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Finding the right therapist is a bit like dating, and the biggest indicator for positive results, is the relationship with your therapist. It is a privilege for me to hold space for you. I bring my authentic self to each of my sessions, and my only ask is that my clients do the same. Throughout your therapeutic journey, we will work to find what works with your brain vs. what doesn't. If you don't like meditating, we won't learn meditation. If you don't like journaling, we will find other ways to be reflective in-between sessions. We will work collaboratively to reach your therapeutic goals and navigate life's challenges.
