I provided treatment for depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders. I am highly skilled in trauma-informed care and person-centered approach. This has allowed me to develop an expansive view of my client's needs and provide the most suitable individualized care for each of them. I believe every client needs genuine care, empathy and trust.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every human being needs to have an emotional connection to others. Every person has inner light and love and throughout life experiences, we lose sight of it. Therapy allows us to find that inner light/love n learn healthy ways to refurbish and maintain it lit and strong. All people need someone that listens and genuinely cares. I believe in a higher power that can be called God, The Universe, Light, Energy, or anything else, That is where every humans being's inner power stems from allowing us to endure pain and overcome life's challenges/trials and keep thriving. I love animals, nature, children's minds, connecting to people's souls.
