About My Clients
Hi, I'm Jennifer, a licensed professional counselor. For over 29 years, I've provided a helping hand to those wrestling with PTSD, anxiety, and feelings of disconnection from their true selves. I offer help to people feeling trapped in trauma, unable to find relief from anxiety, feeling lost, or doubting their worth. To those who've tried tirelessly but feel nothing works, and to those who aren't sure what to do next, Life Giving Cousenling Services is here for you.
My Background and Approach
You have survived the storm, but you feel like you cannot survive the healing from the storm, or you will not survive another storm. I cannot tell you it will all go away, but I can tell you that healing is possible, a healthier and happier life is possible, and feeling like a whole person is possible. You can be a person that you love and accept, a person who is comfortable in their own skin, in their own thoughts and emotions, in their own decisions. Just making it through the day takes all the capacity you have, and sometimes you feel like you barely get there. Let us live for more than that and let us do it together. Right now, you may find little peace, little relief from it all, and constantly wishing it was all different. It can be! We are Life Giving Counseling Services, and we are here to help.

Our Vision at Life Giving Counseling Services (LGCS) is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to tell your life story by providing a personal connection with someone who will walk alongside you during this part of your life journey. We aim to serve you with a genuine experience of support and care while inviting you to personal growth. We know that growth and change can be scary and seem impossible, so allow us to motivate, excite, and inspire you to live out your most authentic life. We desire to hear your story, share in your pain, and help you find the best way to bring health and wholeness into your daily life. We do this by looking at all aspects of who you are, and who you want to be. We strive to offer the best model of treatment that is tailored just for you as you develop new coping skills, actions, and reactions that have a positive impact on your health and well-being.
