You may be feeling anxious, down, or simply not like your usual self. Anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns can feel overwhelming to navigate alone. I enjoy working with clients to rediscover what lights them up and helps them feel whole again. Together, we create practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and collaborate with each client to find thoughtful, personalized solutions.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is relaxed, non-judgmental, and empowering. I believe you hold the wisdom you need, and my role is to support you as you uncover it. As a recipient of mental health counseling, I know how challenging life can be. My time as a yoga teacher taught me to value the mind–body connection. Sessions may incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, or gentle movement when it feels helpful and comfortable for you.
