I support people who are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. I treat PTSD, anxiety disorders, phobias, and postpartum mood disorders. Many of my clients notice that past experiences begin showing up in their present-day lives, making everyday tasks feel heavy and hard to manage. My goal is to help you find calm within the storm and gently heal the parts of you that need care and attention.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in EMDR and certified in Perinatal Mental Health. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals and families in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. I personalize therapy to fit your specific needs, often blending EMDR, DBT, parts work, and CBT to support meaningful, lasting change.

While my personal beliefs are grounded in Christian values, I support any spiritual journey you are on. My goal as a therapist isn’t just temporary relief, but sustainable change rooted in a deeper sense of meaning.
