About My Clients
My clients are often the people everyone else depends on — high-functioning women, single parents, blended families, and teens carrying stress quietly while trying to keep up with daily life. Many struggle with anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, family changes, self-esteem, or feeling stuck in survival mode. They are looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process what they are carrying, build healthier coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working in marketing, media, and high-pressure professional environments, which gave me firsthand insight into stress, burnout, performance pressure, and the challenges many people face while trying to “hold it all together.” That experience continues to shape my approach as a counselor by helping me connect with clients in a relatable, down-to-earth way. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship or family challenges. I especially enjoy supporting high-functioning women, single parents, blended families, and adolescents navigating difficult seasons of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.
