About My Clients

Whatever it is that led you here (and often it's more than one thing), together we will make sense of not only the problems you're experiencing but also highlight your strengths and grow them.
My Background and Approach
I have 25 years of experience in both community and college campus clinics, where it has been wonderful to connect to those with so much diversity. Many of them are probably just like you, but I treat each person as a unique individual. My style is very friendly and collaborative. I am direct in helping you set goals and measure progress regularly along the way. I have much to offer you right now, yet I am always receiving more cutting edge training to help those with anxiety, depression, anger, communication problems, and unwanted behaviors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you can start to feel better, often within a few sessions, even if you have been struggling for awhile. I am an ally to BIPOC and LGBTQ folx and regularly seek trainings and info to become even more culturally informed and sensitive.
